Stroumbi Village is located about 15 kilometres north-east of Pafos, on the west side of Cyprus. The village is roughly around 450 metres above sea-level with an average rainfall of 665 millimetres per year. The surounding area is wealthy in rich vegitation mostly consisting of Vines of mostly wine-making varieties, fruit-trees, almond, olive, and walnut trees.

The Stroumbi Villas developments consists of three detached villas, located on a road leading downwards. The view from the villas is quite a sight as the sea and mountain ranges can be seen from their location. Each Villa has its own garden and private parking space, while an optional swimming pool can be added to the development.
