The Type A Villas are identical in size and design, both have a total area of 160.00m². The ground floor of each villa has an area of 84.00m² while the upper floors have an area of 76.00m². The only difference between the two villas, DANAE and ATALANTE, is in the size of the plot they are built upon. DANAE has a plot that covers 351.00m² while ATALANTE has a plot size of 368.00m².

Both DANAE and ATALANTE have their front face entrances facing the South looking towards the sea, both villas also sit at a higher level than other properties found in the area thus offering a clearer view.
